For a break weekend pleasure or family vacation in our charming independent and well equipped cottage, will allow you to relax, change of scenery assured.

Domaine de Sophie is located in the heart of the regional natural park of Landes de Gascogne, near the forest, a small village called Caplanne on the D108 and 4 km from the city center of Salles.
Easy access, close to shops, the Great Lakes, the ocean, and the Bassin d'Arcachon.

Ideal geographical location:
(15 minutes from Lac de Sanguinet, 20 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon, 30 minutes from the ocean and 30 minutes from Bordeaux center on the Bordeaux ↔ Bayonne axis) will allow you to discover a variety of activities and leisure, cultural, sports and gastronomic.

In addition, the region is renowned for its diversity of activities and leisure (nautical, land and thrills), cultural and gastronomic.

Description of the accommodation:
- a furnished living room, decorated with care and an equipped kitchen,
- two bedrooms (a double bedroom with 140 cm bed and dressing room) and a children’s bedroom with 90 cm bunk bed),
- a bathroom,
- a separate toilet.

Cottage equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer and TV.

Fully fenced plot with free parking.
Cottage of 45 m2 (wood frame and Arcachon style), including a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.

A swimming pool in summer, reserved only for guests staying on the estate. The swimming pool is open from early June to September 16 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. However, depending on the weather, these dates may change. the quiet, you are in the right place. Ideal site for a family vacation.

* Services included:
- Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase for double bed and bunk beds),
- Cleaning products and shower mats.
- Baby equipment on request (cot and high chair for meals).

* Benefits not included:
- Towels (one large and one small): 6 euros per person.
- Washing machine shared with residents: 4 euros (this rate includes laundry and charges dedicated to the premises).
- Cleaning fee (optional): 50 euros*.
*As you will be responsible for the cleaning during your stay, you will have all the equipment on site. The cottage must be left clean upon departure.

* Security deposits (not collected and returned after the exit inspection)
    Deposit of 400 euros (deterioration of equipment and materials).
    Deposit of 50 euros for cleaning (if option not selected during booking).

Bank check - cash - bank transfer - holiday checks (holiday checks accepted only by the week for the months of July and August * maximum amount accepted 250 euros from the rental balance). 

* Booking condition:
    Deposit: 30% at the time of booking (to block the calendar).
    Booking at least 1 week before.
    Booking 2 nights minimum 
* Pets are not allowed.
* For the well-being of everyone, festive meetings are not allowed on the estate.
* Access to the domain is reserved for customers only.
